選用中小型橄欖去除橄欖籽與甘草等材料蜜漬後，再用甘草粉裏表又不失本身的水分。口感鹹中帶甜入口有彈性，是消費者最喜愛的蜜餞口味。

成  分：橄欖、糖、鹽、甘草。

添 加 物：符合衛生食品法。

          苯甲酸(防腐劑)、甜味劑(醋磺內酯鉀、阿斯巴甜、紐甜)、亞硫酸鈉。

保存期限：1年。
